Sealand Community Council

Welcome to the Sealand Community Council website.

The Community Council is the tier of Local Government closest to the people and is a corporate body, a legal entity. There are thirteen council seats, with council elections taking place every four years. The next tier of Government for Sealand is Flintshire County Council.

The Community Council is an elected body that plays a vital part in representing the interests of the communities it serves, through improvements within the local environment and the well-being of its community.

Thirteen councillors have been elected on to Sealand Community Council. A Chair and Vice Chair are elected at the May annual meeting.

Community Council meetings are held on the 3rd Monday except August at 6pm at Sealand County Primary School, Farm Road, Sealand, CH5 2HH

The public is welcome to attend council meetings, except when confidential business is being discussed.
